“It was my first time I bought tools from Power Tool World..I was being few things. They were oveal much cheaper then other online retailers. I received a great service most of my things arrived next day. One more package arrived a day later ,but it wasn't a problem. Definitely will use Power Tool World again. Great service, great prices. Highly recommend.”

“Got machine manufactured in 2021 order delivery received in 2026 means machine is quite old age. Box was wet looks like kept outside in rainy season. Lucky no issue with machine performances.”

“This is my second purchase from power tool world and I have to say that, so far they have been faultless! Easy to order and purchase along with fast delivery, (within two days) I got exactly what I wanted and the Dewalt circular saw is far superior than the last one and a lot more heavy duty.”

“Item was wrongly described and not compatible with my machine. When I emailed support I didn't get any apology or explanation, and the website still has the incorrect description. Instead I got a template email describing all the reasons I might not get a refund, the hoops I now have to jump through, and a warning I might be charged with a 30% restocking fee.”
