“Placed the order 3 days before I need the screws. Delivery was saying only 2 days so plenty of time so I thought how wrong was i. Turned up about 6 days after. So had to purchase more screws for the job. So not a great first impression. Thanks Chris”

“Price was ok, product looks good, but the decision to use DHL, a joke, I waited in for delivery that they had sent an email, 5 mins after due time, got a message to say can't access property!!!!! What a joke it's a cul de sac and there have been vehicles up and down all day and other delivery vans. Next day took another half day off to await delivery, exactly the same thing, can't access property blah blah blah, so I had it changed to lick up from depot, and they were absolutely useless there, they said they would talk to the driver, probably didn't but no apology, disgraceful company, and I lost 2 half days pay, so fuming.”

“Drill is just what I expected. I have ordered from power tool world in the past and had good service and prompt delivery. Not anymore! I don’t know if the company has changed hands but couldn’t get through to them on the phone and they only emailed me back after I asked for a refund. Took a week to deliver! No good for a tradesman. Won’t be ordering again with them!”

“This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will never buy from you again. I only ordered twice, and both times were a disaster. The first parcel took 8 days to arrive, and the second one took two weeks—and I still had to chase it down myself at the DHL depot just to get it. DHL, your delivery partner, is just as bad. Power Tools World’s customer service is basically nonexistent. They never answer the phone, and after waiting 10 minutes on hold, they just hang up. Emails? No response at all. Overall, this deserves zero stars from me. An unbelievably frustrating and unprofessional experience.”
