“The delivery courier service they use is terrible, I got no confirmation about when it was gonna be delivered or what time. I also didn’t get any information about where they can drop my item off like a parcel box no option at all, they tried several times and I wasn’t in so it didn’t help them or me I won’t be shopping with this company again until they change courier.”

Hello Darren We can see that this is was raised with our courier company regarding your delivery. We require them to send email/texts to the recipient with delivery details and updates. Although a mobile number wasnt provided with the shipping address an email address was and we should have advised you to check your Spam/Junk mail as they can sometimes go in there.
