“This is my second purchase from power tool world and I have to say that, so far they have been faultless! Easy to order and purchase along with fast delivery, (within two days) I got exactly what I wanted and the Dewalt circular saw is far superior than the last one and a lot more heavy duty.”

“Item was wrongly described and not compatible with my machine. When I emailed support I didn't get any apology or explanation, and the website still has the incorrect description. Instead I got a template email describing all the reasons I might not get a refund, the hoops I now have to jump through, and a warning I might be charged with a 30% restocking fee.”

“Received racking machine from online order. Machine serial number indicated manufactured in 2021. I placed order online in May 2026. Box was wet as it was may be kept outside in rain. Agree, power tool world is agent of Bosch but was expecting better delivery.”

“This is the second purchase of a Makita battery operated grass cutter from Power tool wold. I live in the Northern Isles and it is often difficult to get items posted here. Not a problem for these guys and my grass cutter arrived quickly. The batteries arrived first in a separate package and my email to customer services to check arrival of the cutter was answered very quickly. Prices are great too! All in all 10/10 .”

“Didn't actually get my batteries that I ordered from power tool world this time as they use dpd who can't read simple instructions where to leave I even phoned power tool world to tell they where to leave it but they didn't so they ended up going back I'm now going to order from a company that doesn't use dpd that hopefully will b hassle free next time”
