“Next day delivery took 3 days to arrive! Chose this seller as they had the option of phone contact. When I tried so I could discuss product details before purchasing recovered message said purchasing enquiries not available by phone!”

“Great lawn mower. However, my only issue is trade description! I bought it believing it came with the battery and charger. It arrived in a box with the statement it included the battery and charger. Inside there was a contents description including both battery and charger. Even came with a separate instruction manual for the battery and charger. No battery and charger inside! Called the helpline who were helpful but informed me it does not come with a battery or charger. Instruction manuals are just given as standard. This is not helpful or transparent. Also missed the first sunny day to cut the grass before the rain started again. All done now after purchasing a battery and charger separately.”

“My item arrived promptly. The item description was incomplete in that I ordered a "Combi Drill" and received a "Hammer Combi Drill". When I queried this I got a prompt reply, and was given the option to return or keep the item. I also believe PTW revised the listing. In a world where customer service provided by a human is increasingly rare, I value this - enough to spend a few minutes writing a review! I will use this company again and would recommend.”
