“Good price, however delivery was delayed by “difficulties “ , unspecified, then had to request next day delivery as some sort of compensation. Had to chase for information non was forthcoming from company without that.”

“Recieved this new battery, which is faulty and doesnt charge. Have sent numerous emails to power tool world asking for a replacement after describing the issue and sending videos showing the fault. Had nothing back from them to resolve the problem. Very poor customer service. Im left with a brand new item paid for that doesnt work!!”

“Extremely disappointing experience. Do not order from this company. Their customer service is nonexistent—the phone line disconnects without help. They rely on DHL, which failed to deliver my parcel or conveniently lost the tools in the warehouse, and I am still waiting for a refund for goods I never received. Avoid at all costs.”
