“As always, good service, one thing , the box the power tools came in was not the greatest, very flimsy and only two bits of tape used. Box was also damaged, maybe use some more tape on the box. Stop it falling apart.”

“I’ve ordered from Power Tool World several times now and overall I’m really happy with the service. Delivery is usually quick, and the Makita products are spot on—can’t fault them at all. However, on two occasions I’ve had to contact customer service due to missing items. To be fair, the team sorted it out immediately both times, which I appreciate, but it’s a bit disappointing to have to chase things up. A little more care when packing orders would go a long way. Still, I’ll continue to use them as they’ve been great otherwise.”

“Power Tool World appears to be a very good business for dealing with all tool purchases. There is a huge variety of power tools and at a very competitive price. The tools I have ordered so far off their website have been sent out and delivered within two days, which I think is a brilliant service. I would recommend Power Tool World with no hesitation.”

“First power cleaner I have bought. Could have done with more instruction re using bottle of cleaner. No mention of name of cleaning fluid or where to purchase it. Cleaned conservatory a treat! Lightweight to use. Appreciate you asking for feedback 😀”

“Arrived quickly, and was telatively easy and quick to assemble. First time I used it, it was easy to manoeuvre cut well, but downsides to it were the wheel adjustments. I found both back and front wheels hard to pull out of one slot to lower them. Also there is a roller on the rear, which I did not want (I would have ordered the rotak 32R) and there is no mention of a rear roller on the website description either which was a disappointment. Other than that, the lawnmower does its job, easy to manoeuvre, good it folds down for storage. Give it 6/10.”
