“All my order of tools turned up in good time. The one thing I did find disappointing was the packaging where two or three tools had been put together in one box..Three boxes had been taped together by the courier driver because they had broken open? I checked the tools and they are ok, but I do wonder of the treatment these parcels get on delivery and the need for stronger packaging?”

“Struggled to try and talk to anyone for some advice before Christmas as all phone lines had problems. Decided to order after much deliberation. The jigsaw arrived very quickly in time for Christmas which was great. All well packed and seems to be fine. Many thanks”
