“I’ve only used PTW for one purchase and it was painless. I didn’t recognise the payment portal but it worked as it should. Dispatch and delivery all as advertised. Based on this experience I’d definitely use them again.”

“Recieved a good service. Delivery times were unpredictable though! Was given a slot and took two attempts to deliver and on the second attempt they arrived at least a couple of hours earlier than they predicted.”

“Item exactly as described and for a good price. Packaging was a parcel bag taped around the bottom 40cm or so of the taped together 1.5m boxes, with the connecting rod taped to the top, but arrived undamaged. Courier failed to deliver on the day they said with no warning or explanation, but did turn-up the next day. Despite this would use again and fingers crossed the courier ups their game.”
