“Arrived quickly, and was telatively easy and quick to assemble. First time I used it, it was easy to manoeuvre cut well, but downsides to it were the wheel adjustments. I found both back and front wheels hard to pull out of one slot to lower them. Also there is a roller on the rear, which I did not want (I would have ordered the rotak 32R) and there is no mention of a rear roller on the website description either which was a disappointment. Other than that, the lawnmower does its job, easy to manoeuvre, good it folds down for storage. Give it 6/10.”

“Delivery was super swift. I was unable to contact the company by telephone (all operatives busy) to ask about a suitable nylon disc for my machine which was a shame. I was also quite unable to log into the Makita web site to register my machine and assure the guarantee.”

“Easy to place order, and delivery was quick. Packing could have been better as by the time the mower got to me, after the delivery driver had put it in my side entrance and left, the box was open , luckily all parts were there.”

“The tool parcel took longer than expected to arrive. I had to email Power Tool World. I did get a fast response. Sadly the courier didn’t message me a 1hour delivery slot as promised by Power Tool world. But the tool arrived well packed in perfect condition and works well. Thank you.”
