“I ordered on a Monday morning, and it was delivered in perfect condition on the Thursday. I was kept informed by email. So I am happy with that. But, when I placed the order the website assured me that it would be next day delivery. I think you should not make claims that you cannot keep.”

“It’s my first time using Power tool World, the Makita saw was on offer item purchased and next day delivery 🚚 ✔️✔️ The warranty for 3 years we sorted it out between us the Registration No was found on the paperwork all good would use P T World again”

“A beautiful website but bad info update. I bought tools that I needed pretty much asap and I wasn't aware as it was not put up on their website that their warehouse is getting a refurbishment or something in those lines. Which took another around week and half for my parcel to be dispatched. Sadly including that my tool didn't work properly but PWT helped me with dispatching and now im waiting for a refund. They do have really quick assistance with emails.”

“Best price on the 'Net'. Very fast and safe delivery in sound cardboard carton. Only one issue.....I took the offer of a free extra battery on my order, but failed to receive it. 'Disappointed'”
