“Easy to place order, and delivery was quick. Packing could have been better as by the time the mower got to me, after the delivery driver had put it in my side entrance and left, the box was open , luckily all parts were there.”

“The tool parcel took longer than expected to arrive. I had to email Power Tool World. I did get a fast response. Sadly the courier didn’t message me a 1hour delivery slot as promised by Power Tool world. But the tool arrived well packed in perfect condition and works well. Thank you.”

“It's the best one I to date, more powerful than previous ones I've owned, cleaned slabs in no time, the only negative is where attachments are stored as had issues with one falling off, but was definitely great value for money, better than I expected”

“My Makita cordless mower did not arrive arrignaly because it had been damaged in transit. Lucy solved the problem and had it returned back to you. Another one was sent out to me by Lucy for delivery next day but it didn't arrive. Finnaly i have now reiceved my mower. Sometime these things happen. Would I use you again yes.”
