“The fact that this is listed alongside the same blower with a Mac-Pack case for a £6 difference seems disingenuous. When jumping backwards and forwards between sites, trying to find the best deal, it's easy to overlook this offer. They should sell just the version with the case; I can't imagine anyone would order this without it, other than by accident. Sadly, this is what happened. They offered to send out the case for the 6 pounds difference, but added fourteen pounds in postage. I couldn't return this one and reorder without covering the postage at my end.”

“I like the detailed information about the power tools which make it easier to decide. Unfortunately, despite ordering 25 minutes before the next day delivery deadline, I didn’t receive my order until the day after. That would have been fine, but an email to say that would be the case would have been polite. However the item received was as expected and a good price.”
