“As you can see from my previous orders, I am a big fan of power tool world ,recently when I needed a new Grinder a Purchased a Makita Grinder with x lock , locking system nowhere, did it mention that you had to buy Makita x lock blades? So all the blades I have in stock would now be redundant , PowerTool world even advertised spare Bosch discs with the Grinder which wouldn’t have fitted either I have now returned the Grinder I am waiting a refund , I was equally disappointed that I had to pay £17 to return it to yourselves I then found out that Screwfix, we’re selling the exact same model for £10 cheaper than yourselves”

“The power drill is good but the reason I purchased it was so that I could use the same batteries as my existing 4 year old Makita Drill only to discover that they don't fit due to the fact Makita ha.ve updated the batteries, very frustrating as I've now had to buy new batteries and a charger.”

“Although I ticked good, I do have a small gripe. The advertisement for the Wall Chaser displayed two batteries but no cutting discs. However, when it arrived there were cutting discs included. In normal conditions well done this was an unexpected surprise however, because there were none mentioned I purchased two set as an extra, totalling £70. Which I could have saved for a rainier day.”

“I ordered the right angle milwakee impact. It's very big and isnt ideal for very tight spaces especially if you add a socket etc. Tool it's self is good but feels a little under powered, service is good from power tool world. Would recommend”
