The item was easy to order and delivered on time . Product was not packed sufficiently, one tiny piece of bubble wrap at the bottom . The box was too big for the item , unfortunately a part was bent in transit.

A misleading description if you haven’t purchased an item like this before. Case only should be replaced with either including battery or doesn’t include battery. This was purchased as a gift !

Goods delivered quickly. Quick to reply to queries and address concerns. Item bought in September 2024 was manufactured in March 2022 and the batteriesmanufactured in September 2022 so I was sold old stock. I do think that the possibility of this should have been made clear on their website.

Although i received my impact driver in excellent time,the sales information was very misleading as it stated that it came with a free battery when i inquired about this i was told i had to spend £359. This was not displayed at the beginning of the advert but at the end which was not visible unless you scrolled to the very end of the advert. I paid for the tool a nd would have bought it anyway but was left misled and disappointed about the "free battery"

Chain saw arrived in a badly beaten up box covered in sellotape. The serial number on the box did not match the serial number on the chain saw. Bosch did accept the serial number on the saw for the guarantee. Hopefully this was an unused saw and not a returned refurbished product.

I like the performance of the tool, nothing exceptional. However, I was very disappointed that it would not work with a compatible 5.0Ah battery, like all my other Bosch tools. I had to buy a Bosch battery to get it going. It took a number of trips to experts to ascertain why the tool wasn't working. Bit of a let down.
