“No deliveries updates or notifications, no proper tracking and no chance to know when ur parcel is coming, unless you call them. And the delivery driver is just leaving a £400 green laser , in front of the door visible for everyone who is passing , and saying that he left it in front porch . Other than that, all good, products are fine”

“The items ordered never arrive when they are meant to ,they are always late from the courier It’s a shame the couriers let them down quite often because quite straight forward to order from them but never delivered as planned”

“First time I have used power tool world and generally ok although I had trouble setting an account up as the postcode and other details kept self deleting before completing. The delivery option had some misleading information and I couldn't get through when I called to enquire. They did respond pretty quickly to my text message though so all in all ok and I would use again.”

“My saw turned up in good time with good packing that did not show the contents on the outside. The itself had light rust on the assembly screws and Allen key. There was also bubbling on the base plate. Power tool world would not have been able to see this with the tool boxed.”

“Good company, was delivered next day, the drill is okay but for some reason when I put it in reverse, it will spin forward for a few seconds. Sending it off for repair seems to be like the enigma code so I can't be bothered. Apart from that, would buy from PowerToolWorld again.”

“Although guaranteed next delivery, this was not the case. Could not access tracking number,as one provided would not be recognised.spent the hours staying in waiting for item to arrive with time allocated slot to be no show . Very late text after spoken with advisor saying it was on next delivery. Spoke to advisor tried to track order was reassured it would be with me for next day which was fortunate as it was a gift for my husband it arrived Xmas eve.”

“The item was easy to order and delivered on time . Product was not packed sufficiently, one tiny piece of bubble wrap at the bottom . The box was too big for the item , unfortunately a part was bent in transit.”
