“The selection, purchase and delivery of the two products ordered was simple and efficient. However as I live c 40 minutes away from the warehouse I attempted to return and exchange the initial item purchased for the second. The initial response was negative/no can do you can only deal with us by post and online. After some discussion the person manning the front shop agreed to take the first item to the refund department and advised me that to obtain the 'exchange' item I would have to order it online and get it delivered. So a process that could have been done over a counter, in minutes, took 4 days. This type of situation may occur very rarely but it was frustrating to be met with a 'computer says' mindset when the easiest thing to do was to get the exchange item off the shelf and do the transaction there and then. Obviously if the 'old way' of purchasing/exchanging goods is too difficult and does not fit well with your business model then I understand but the 'shopkeeper' who was in front of me was unempowered to access the warehouse/shop and complete what should be a simple customer centric process.”

“Not a lot to say really when an order goes exactly to plan. Good price and next day delivery, with tracking information updates from the delivery provider and delivered in the time slot stated. All that's left to say is, great service and thank you very much!”

“Spent £200 on dewalt tools on the premise of a free battery through out my purchase. Only to be told afterwards, that my purchase did not qualify after all.”

“Sent me the wrong batteries. Wouldn't dipatch the correct ones until old ones returned. DpD system didn't work after a 15 mile round trip to take them in to Exeter. Still not received new batteries. Useless company and would never deal with again”
