“The ordering and communication from Power Tool World are great and timely, however, DPD delivery failed miserably and took an email to them to get DPD to rearrange to another address. I select PTW as they could deliver on a Saturday as I work Monday to Friday with no one able to recieve the delivery. Not sure I would use again even if a good price.”

“Excellent service from Power Tool World. I recently purchased a table saw from them and I am very happy with the whole experience. Delivery was very fast, communication was clear, and everything was handled professionally. There was a small issue with one part being damaged in the box during delivery, but after I contacted Power Tool World, they responded very quickly and resolved the problem without any hassle. This is exactly how good customer service should be. Problems can sometimes happen, but what matters is how the company deals with them — and Power Tool World handled it perfectly. I would definitely recommend them and I will be happy to buy from them again.”
