“Beginning of this month, I order a Makita cordless vacuum cleaner model number VCO13GL I am very happy with my new vacuum cleaner. It does the job, but I was missing a water filter. I contact customer service. Explain what happened and kindly send out a brand-new water filter for me. I am very pleased with the service I have from them. I will continually buy more tools from them because the service they give me a very good.”
