“Great deals, always seems to be the cheapest. Might be best when you have offers on such as "Spend £X to get a free battery" to alert the buyer if they're close to the spend target for an extra battery. I would have spent an extra £80 to get a second free 40v battery, but I'd need to spend nearly £500 on another transaction to get another free battery”

“Delivery was initially delayed due to 1 part being out of stock which is fine but no communication on updated ETA had to chase up after 3 days. So was told delivery would be split in 2 with the delayed part arriving later in the week Then provided 3 tracking numbers for the delivery (1 of which was a duplicate so really only 2 provided) when there was 4 parcels. 3 parcels arrived including the part that was apparently delayed 4th turned up under a tracking number I wasn’t provided. Price was good but logistics and comms could be better. Helpdesk staff were quick to respond to emails so that’s a plus but unable to get through on the phone as phone system not accepting presses from mobiles to access the phone tree”

“Needed a pair of Makita 6.0AH batteries so went on-line and did the usual price comparison. Power Tool World came out first...again. Delivery was a couple of days too. Would recommend”

“Delivery was. Quick but confusing two packages for one order/item Later realised batteries come separately duno if that is weight. Or size issue or contents (battery) Delivery company split the delivery So be aware two different time slots”
