“I never actually received mine from PTW - it was delayed massively for some reason and then returned to PTW as my address was corrupted and the courier couldn't deliver it. I received a refund minus £10, so won't be buying from PTW again”

Our records show that the parcel was returned to us because the delivery address provided at the point of purchase was incorrect, which meant the courier was unable to complete delivery. Once the item was returned, a refund was issued minus the original delivery charge, as is standard practice for returned shipments.
