“Good items, how ever I wasn't impressed with the service I received from PTW, I had to email a number of times in regards to delivery as the free battery was on back order. I was assured the nail gun would be posted which it wasnt. I had to chase up 3 times to finally receive it a week later. Not the best”

“Ordered product one next day delivery over two weeks ago and have still not received the product. I have contacted supplier and courier multiple times and still have no idea when the item will arrive. They were quick enough when they were taking my money”

“I have used power tool world now for over 3 years and they have always been spot on. The recent order I made was turning into an nightmare for me as as the purchase I had paid for didn’t give an order number so in essence I didn’t have proof of purchase.I tried contacting PTW by phone as the order was for just short of £700. I have to be honest and say communication via phone is none existent,contacting by email chat is very different the responses I got from a chap called Dan kept me informed of what had happened, the term ghost order was the cause ? However I was informed by Dan of the actions PTW were taking and my money was returned to my account the very next day. A day or so later I reordered the items I wanted again which went straight through and delivered as promised the very next. Thanks to Dan and all who help rectify the issue I had.”
