“I was impressed by the prompt delivery. However, I had made a mistake through the ordering process. I ended up with two planers. The returns process was fine and a refund was fairly prompt. I have to say that for a genuine silly mistake I was a bit surprised that the return was totally at my own expense. ( I suppose that we are used to the policies of other suppliers). In fairness it was my error.”

“delivery and product range/price great but the issue came when I it did not work out of the box so contacted customer service and returns. several issues here 1 when you ring and select option 5 for returns it just tells you to go to the website. (that's when the options work) instead had to make several calls. 2 returns process is very slow and non reactive, I first raised the issue the day the product arrived . it took me several calls and days to even get to the point of return. too much talk of a repair (on a brand new product that was delivered not working. 3 have returned the product but RMA still shows pending.. returns process and communications need to improve”
