“I managed to order the same item twice when there was a glitch on my IPAD signal. The customer service were very helpful, managed to stop delivery of one mower even though it was out for delivery and also got a refund quickly too. Very helpful and efficient service. Thank you.”

“Placed an order late Saturday evening and the items were delivered lunchtime on Monday. I don't think you will do better than that - kudos to DCD who provided the excellent courier service. I haven't seen cheaper that Power Tool World and the excellent communications from PTW and DPD place them well in front of the competition. I know where my future power tools will be sourced from. High recommended - buy with confidence.”

“The product was good and as what I ordered, but the delivery options was poor, as I’m a tradesman I’m not at home and a delivery option dose not include a drop box, this coursed a big issue with delivery and cost me time and money waiting for my order, if this is not improved then other sites are available, shame as they provide a good service”
