“Ordered 3 items. Only one arrived. May well have been an DPD issue. Contacted PTW through web site. unfortunately site does not issue an acknowledgement of messages. An Email reply was received about a week later after I had also sent further messages and at point of cancelling credit card payment. A short acknowledgment would have allayed concerns. Once emails were initiated by PTW, the problems with shipments was quickly resolved.”
