“Placed an order for an SDS drill that was in stock , that was quoted as next day delivery . Received not delivery after two days . So called customer service . They said it had not been dispatched and did not know why . Then promised it for next day Saturday delivery , but still no delivery called again told it had missed dispatch . Had to wait till Wednesday for it to arrive! so had then lost a job contract for the amount of £1400 pounds because the item to so long to be delivered. You they were quick to send me a 5% discount voucher by email for my second purchase even but my first had arrived.”
