“I bought from power tool world because they offered a quality tool at a good price in fact the best price i could find anywhere. Ordering was quick and easy and delivery was next day I ordered 6pm Friday and grinder was delivered Saturday before midday at no extra cost. I can definitely recommend power tool world. thank you very much”

“The item would have been great if I had of received it. Powertool world made it very difficult for me to even claim a refund on a item I never received. I wish I could post the email conversations I had with them. Absolute waste of time.”

“Ordered a cordless wrench, said next day delivery, I needed for tradesmen and it never came until the day after, sad fact I could of used another company that had a case with it for the same money for the day after. Emailed, was fast response but obviously couldn't help, quietly hoping they would of sent a case as a sorry but no luck, couldn't use this company again as not guaranteed but they was good on price and maybe your delivery wouldn't be as time restricted as mine, don't rule them out just unfortunate that I lost money as had to reschedule labour.”
