“Never received my goods. I tried to contact them by phone but their system doesn’t actually work! You can’t select an option. Emailed and they also didn’t get back to me within the time they stated. Ended up getting a refund.”

“Competitive prices, good range, delivered on time. Follow-up email exhorted me to register my Makita product(s), tho' if it had been obvious (it wasn't, to me at least) how to register them sooner, I'd have done it sooner. PTW doesn't show up on the Makita Website until you insert their over-arching trading name. Then it does, as PTW, not the trading name. A glitch I could do without as it took longer than necessary to register my purchase.”
