“Shocking customer service I had a problem with a metabo extractor that I purchased. I called & emailed for 3 days with no response, so consequently had to resolve the issue directly with metabo, who so far have been very good, unlike power tool world.”

“Good price, very fast dispatch but DHL shipping was not grear”

“Their website promises a same day despatch if ordered by a certain time. Not so. It took them 4 days to despatch my power tool. Telephone calls go unanswered, and it was only after the second email threatening cancellation that I finally received a response. Was it worth the £20 saving from other re-sellers, no it wasn't.”
