Horrible delivery. They send my item to different address then I need to call them, wait over 1 week when the item will back to warehouse and then they send me again. It’s take over 10 days to deliver my item. No apologies, no discount for the waiting time. Will not recommend this company to no one.

Extremely awful customer service. After Spending nearly £1200 on a Chop-saw and stand that was needed for a large job we had organised it turned up in a opened box, soaking wet and upside down with a missing saw blade. I would normally have sent the chopsaw back but unfortunately a shortage of them meant it could not be replaced with an identical model. I was sent out another saw blade to replace the missing one but only offered £10 in compensation to keep my new chopsaw delivered in the state it was delivered. I would never buy from them again. They could’ve offered a 10% discount or a voucher that I could have spent with them. I honestly feel that it was a joke and very unprofessional of the company given the fact it was genuine backed up by pictures sent immediately on receipt of delivery from DPD I had even checked out the reviews before buying this chopsaw from the company and felt confident…I wouldn’t be so sure. Be aware.

Hi, thank you for the feedback. We would like to apologise that the vac you recently purchased arrived without the spare set of dust bags that should have been included. When things go wrong they have a habit of doubling down & to compound that we were out of stock of the replacement bags the manufacturer was out of stock as well. Fair play to Metabo, they had stock expressed in from Germany & these have now been despatched to yourself. I received a damaged power tool from Power tool World and began their RMA returns processes immediately on their website to exchange it. 11 days later my request is still pending approval and I have not received any communication from them at all.

If I could give them less then I would have done. Spent nearly £300 on a nail gun and nails. DPD delivered to my front door when no-one was there, Needless to say when I got back there was no package. Powertool world didn't want to know. Cheap ish tools but dreadful customer service.

Please rest assured, that when issues such as this are raised, we take matters very seriously. We use DPD to ship all parcels. When a parcel leaves our warehouse, our customers receive communication from DPD which allows them to track their parcel, and if required, make changes to the delivery. One of these changes is to select a 'Leave Safe' location - DPD has confirmed that your parcel was delivered to this exact location as requested and provided proof of delivery. It was delivered on time but that's where the good news stops. Post sales support is non existent. After not having a very good first experience with the mower I attempted to contact them using the online returns process. Have got the email confirmation case number etc. But nothing has happened. Gave them a few days, tried again. Nothing. Used the online contact form (different from the returns form), quoting the case number etc. No response. Call them and you just get a message saying they are experiencing a high volume of calls. So basically my option seems to be "lump it".

Advice from the sales staff was completely wrong, causing me to order an unsuitable product that I had to use as it was to fix an urgent problem, so cannot return, did the job with a lot of faff but not really suitable.

The site does not really allow me to differentiate between the product (Milwaukie) and the experience of Powertool World. Definitely 1 for Milwaukie and 4 for Powertool World but please review the misleading messages that are being sent out

Absolutely disgraceful item was never delivered and after 2 or 3 emails on the subject no reply I’ve now lost £27 whatever you do DONT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE
