Ordered on 21 January for delivery 2-3 working days and still not arrived. Had a message from DPD to say delay in delivery and now we are on 9 February and still not arrived. Apparently gone missing. I contacted your customer services and was told we had to wait until DPD had finished investigating. Why you can't deal with this between yourselves and ship out more tools to us as we have paid for them. We ordered these tools because we needed them for a job we are doing and expected quick delivery. WHY YOU CANNOT RE-SEND WE DO NOT KNOW. YOUR DISPUTE IS WITH DPD NOT OURSELVES. VERY POOR SERVICE AND WOULD DEFINATELY USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.

BOTH PRODUCTS ORDERED ARRIVED BROKEN, AND IT IS PRETTY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THE COMPANY SO HAVE WRITTEN IT OFF BEWARE

I'm absolutely disappointed about this website. No information at all about returns and no address indicated for postage. They don't answer on my mail about my request. I don't recommend this site.

Ordered before 7 for next day delivery, ended up waiting 2 weeks still didn’t receive item, assuming its a DPD issue, ended up cancelling item and received full refund

Ordered a makita radio never received it. It was sent via DPD the worst courier service ever. Complained to POWER TOOL WORLD. They informed me that it was back at the DPD dispatch warehouse on route back to POWER TOOL WORLD but they would not give me a refund just in case it was delivered to me. POWER TOOL WORLD tried to make their PROBLEM MY PROBLEM. Eventually what should have been a 24 hour delivery took 3 WEEKS to get a refund. Would never use POWER TOOL WORLD or DPD again.

I did not receive my item. I am still waiting for a refund more than 6 weeks later. The person dealing with my complaint has been very polite, but it does feel like you have let DPD walk all over yourselves and me. I feel things like this really taint my view of companies like Power Tool World, because I would anticipate this to happen again. If Power Tool World acted like they cared for me as a customer then I'd be likely to return. But thats not the case currently. Also, this is over a delivery thatw as just under £33 in total. How is it so hard to make this right? Its not even a big order, so why is it so difficult?

I’ve ordered the Milwaukee bundle for £565. The impact driver arrived damaged with the trigger broken off . I sent back a week ago for a replacement and it’s been received by powertoolworld . I’ve been calling and emailing this week as I need to use the replacement but nobody answers the phone from 9 to when they’re open . No emails have been replied to , very unprofessional . If I don’t get my replacement this week I will report to trading standards .

Be aware pictures doesn’t match what you get when I told this to customer service they said they get pictures from Milwaukee and can’t help send it back if u aren’t happy so be aware you get a standard case but not a fuel case so you can’t connect to other cases
