“PTW seemed like decent value but when I found the saw I was after on their website at 30% lower price than anywhere else, even cheaper than some s/h ones, I just assumed it was a scam! After research I decided PTW was legit after all and ordered my saw - using PAYPAL just in case - and was pleasantly surprised. Excellent communication, saw arrived when they said it would using a reputable reliable courier ( DHL - also good communication and arrived at time stated ) So a very happy customer, would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to a friend.”

“I have a return waiting to be replaced courier turned up to take my goods but had no replacement no reply no accessories in box cannot phone anyone and never get a reply from my emails please tell what I can do service is awful”

“Great tool but !! I did ask why my billing address was not on the invoice for work both addresses are where I live your site says you would get back to me within 24 hrs but you haven’t so I get a dig from work thanks The pic is what it should be !!”

“Didn’t turn up next day as advertised. Had some one wait at home for this . So next day was due to be delivered had to have it put over side gate which was done but was only protected by its own box no other protection luckily it hadn’t rained that day not impressed”
