First time I've ordered from Power Tool World and I'm very happy with my experience with this company. Couldn't find the product any cheaper anywhere less and the fact that they delivered the next day on a Saturday was a bonus. Will order from these guys again

Arrived with a small amount of damage, easier to get a replacement part than return for a refund which was the only option given

terrible box was damaged looked like product had been opened previously. almost impossible to speak to someone at support, they only have options to check orders not for returns. tried RMA was refused and told to fill in form for defective product. I do not recommend this company

All went well, good price, fast delivery, then one of the products that was delivered was damaged,I actually think it was already a return as it did not have any internal packaging, I informed PTW and sent pictures, response was pretty quick!, apparently I have too fill out a DHL return form, then when the item arrives back at PTW they will send a replacement apparently this may take up to two weeks !,,, not sorry we’ve messed up we will sort it asap, but you need to organise it yourself, sent item back, checked tracking it arrived but heard nothing, so I followed up and informed them they had it, it then got sorted, really don’t think it would have had much attention if I hadn’t, asked for customer service and MD details, “Denied !” Told my complaint would be past on, obviously heard nothing back. Ultimately was without a crucial part of the main tool I purchased and unable to use through no fault of my own but apparently PTW policy !,,, very very unimpressed, ironically I also purchased from another company at the same time, they made a mistake and sent wrong item, things happen, they immediately shipped the correct one received following day and organised the collision of the incorrect one, about to order something else, guess which company I’m going to order from?. Clue!, it’s not PTW.
