Terrible delivery don’t expect them to arrive when they say it will try about 2-3 days late than the date agreed

Not completely happy with the makita hoover I brought. I'm using a lxt 18v 5.0ah battery. The suction is incredibly low. It hardly picks up anything. Very disappointed for a £87 hoover. The only good thing I'd say about it is the attachments are of a good range. So if you could use them on a different hoover it might be worth it.

Waited over a week for delivery. I bought the goods with 3-5 day delivery so wanted to know where the goods were. They don’t answer the phone or reply to emails. I will definitely not be buying from powertool world ever again. Pay more for better service is my advice

you write that you deliver the next working day, I pay for delivery the next day, but the delivery will not come in a few days. I am wasting time and money because I need what I bought from you to work. you don't get any discount for delaying the order and lying that it's the next business day, it's with me

I have always bought from power tool world and in the past they have been amazing but on my last purchase DPD never delivered my parcel but I have to wait until a claim has gone in before they will reissue the items which I find frustrating as we need the items

Bit of a strange one. Had a couple of tools delivered no problem. Most recently had one tool arrive not in the original packaging missing the usually papers/instructions. It was packaged extremely poorly (chucked in a box with a small plastic air bag) and was subsequently damaged on arrival. They accepted the return but completely ignored any concerns about the state of the order. Paid more for another one from Screwfix but it was definitely new and not a return.

My order was 10 days late, the courier firm was rubbish, PWT did not handle the problem very well at all and have not come up with a sensible reason or answer, i spent near £200 on items and the communication i had between myself and the co was very poor.

when I saw it it had one price as soon as I bought it it had another price I called for clarification and he says they knew nothing and the manager was unable to resolve the situation

Paid extra for next day delivery. DPD gave 3 hour time window, ensured I was at home, but as a back up gave safe place instructions. 1 hour into time slot received DPD message that the driver had missed us! Tried to contact power tools to cancel the order, put in queue for 10 minutes then automotive message "can't take your call because no one is in work" blaming Covid. Parcel delivered following day by same driver, when asked why he never delivered yesterday, he said road blocked by lorry, a blatant lie. Will never use Power Tools again.

I can not review this grinder as it did not arrive! The delivery company texted me to say it would arrive on the Monday. Unfortunately it didn’t so contacted power tool world by email. The next day I had a PayPal refund without any explanation as to why it didn’t arrive. I have brought from power tool world in the past and have been very happy. Would I use them again?

Their dispatch ware house is near where i live so i asked if i could collect they said no but could have next day delivery. the next day they didn't deliver ( that cost me over £200 for a missed deadline) so yet again i asked if i could collect given how close their warehouse is. they then said it had already been dispatched at 1pm . at just after 7pm i get a notification from DPD to tell me that they had just collected the item and given that they advertise next day delivery if ordered before 7pm so I'm gonna assume they lied. oh yeah that cost me another dead line too. Do NOT trust them to honour their delivery dates as the £10 i tried to save using them cost me far more in reputation and money and even after i informed them of my dire situation and time sensitivity they chose to lie than rather allow me to collect direct from their warehouse. And please don't give me the "were sorry for the we feel you got a poor service reply to this " you knew and lied so . That says all i need to know
