Paid extra for next day delivery. DPD gave 3 hour time window, ensured I was at home, but as a back up gave safe place instructions. 1 hour into time slot received DPD message that the driver had missed us! Tried to contact power tools to cancel the order, put in queue for 10 minutes then automotive message "can't take your call because no one is in work" blaming Covid. Parcel delivered following day by same driver, when asked why he never delivered yesterday, he said road blocked by lorry, a blatant lie.
Will never use Power Tools again.
