Ordered a charger. They tried to deliver it but didn't. The link to the DPD app doesn't work. The deliver company have retuned it to Powertool world but I won't get a refund until it's returned. Why's that my problem? I've got no charger and no refund. Will use my local CBS Tools in Peterborough as usual in future. £49.99 so cheaper anyway.

Dear Power tool, on my past purchases from Trend the VAT charge has been refunded . If not for that 5 stars would be awarded.

Upon inspection of the kit , the clasp on the box of the drill was defective, in the first instance the Powertool response was good, and I was offered a £10 discount or I returned the whole package (inc the actual drill) for a replacement. However, I needed the equipment so returning it was not an option. I was advised that Powertool would contact DeWalt and see what could be done . Despite chasing Powertool several times now no response - such a simple issue to resolve but really disappointed that when you have paid such a price for equipment it’s not resolved.

Ordered tool arrived broken. Asked for help with exchange for proper one. 1.5 week after still no sign of help. Metabo Saw weight about 30 kg ordered as gift for my husband. After another email I recieved reply I can call metabo myself .. (?) Or they can proccess refund if I will send tool back . Not happy with refund but have no choice. 500£ freezed for good 2 weeks so far... waiting for courier to take it from me and for them to proccess refund. Not happy at all

great prices very poor web site ordering ordered a big selection of Makita cordless tools when confirmation came through it had doubled my order on everting ended up paying for an extra SDS drill I didn't I didn't want 2 instead of 1 TIP be very careful when ordering check your basket! But partly my fault but they didnt make it as easy as it should be

I traced the goods leaving your premises. On arriving north it then sat for five days in an Inverness Carrier’s depot before transferring to another Carrier in Elgin, prior to receiving the goods. Extremely unhappy with the time to wait for goods and being overcharged with an excessive (IV) North of Scotland unlawful delivery charge.

The Makita tool I ordered was delivered on time and works fine, but the shoulder strap on the carry bag was broken. I asked for a replacement strap and was told by Powertool World that I would have to return the whole lot and then wait for them to return it to Makita for a refund before Powertool World could send me a replacement. I queried this as all I wanted was a strap, but was assured by Powertool World that all Makita staff were on furlough so there was nothing that could be done. I then emailed Makita who relied by return and told me they would send me a replacenent strap.

Unfortunately we do not stock spare straps for this bag & our usual supply chain is not currently available to source a replacement. Il 9 giugno ho ricevuto la merce danneggiata e ho fatto un reclamo. Mi è stato assicurato che il rasaerba ordinato e rotto perchè imballato male, mi verrà sostituito ma ad oggi, a distanza di quasi dieci giorni, non è ancora stato effettuato il ritiro da parte del corriere del rasaerba danneggiato. Mi sembra che i tempi per la risoluzione del problema siano davvero lunghi. Spero di risolvere quanto prima.

Bought tools worth 800 pounds and the SDS broke down after 2 holes in brick, trying to mount the tv. I contacted you stating my issue and I was told to contact Makita for repairs or replacement if necessary. I don't need a repair on a new tool! I need it to work, otherwise, I would have bought a second hand one. I was asking for help on how to deal with this problem and the person ( Stan ) was rude ignoring my messages or not reading the full message. I will never buy from you again nor will I recommend! Extremely bad customer service!

The wrong postcode was put on the delivery package. As as result it was delayed by three days and I missed a valuable weekend's work. A good response by Ian Fenwick who traced the item, but no apology. Very careless.

I paid with Amazon pay then Power Tool World used my address in amazon which was wrong one and I still have not receive my package after 12 days

Unfortunately my order was missing items, took days to get it sorted, countless emails, a lot of time wasted. Would think twice about using them in the future, real shame.

I purchased two items, my first order came through as promised, brilliant service, my second purchase the item I was told would be delivered on Thursday 16th By DPD UK, I waited home from work as I did not want my item left outside, my item did not arrive by lunchtime and when I rang DPD Ireland, they told me no parcel was in Ireland for me, I tried to ring DPD UK but the wait length time was too long so I had to hang up, I could not get in touch with them through any other method as I did try, I then e mailed Power tool world to see if they could get any update on my order, and Powertool world did not even have the decency or good manner to reply to me, so very disappointed with their customer care, and after loosing a day off work I was better to have purchased my product at home.

Our customer service guys should have replied to your email of Thursday but as the tracking showed delivery first thing on Friday morning it was missed and again i can only apologise. Best price around ! Nice staff selling you tools. My order came lightening quick. Parts was missing in one box was told it would take a week or longer to resolve. I’ve ended up buying a new part that should have came with what I purchased. Another product has a defect and again was told it would take 7 day plus to resolve. Pre purchase 5 star but after care 1 star. shame really
