I was sent a damaged product, for all the company blaming their delivery partner for damage, even they know it was their own fault. I can only prove that if they share the video when the package came out of their warehouse, which they would never do. Next package delivered after 5 days and the box was taped exactly the same as it was on the damaged box initially. Yes, they did send a replacement, however they would have not had to do if they would have checked before dispatching an uninspected damaged box. Customer delayed and inconvenienced for no reason however customer service agents and manager made 100% sure that they lay the blame on the delivery partner only. Poor customer service. Rating is 2 (poor) just because they processed the return and redelivery without much fuss, again this should have never been the status (else would have been 1)

goods arrived ok but I asked a question on using it. no one had an answer so said they would ring me back. They didn't - not good.

Although purchase and delivery of the Makita HS0600 Circular saw was flawless and the product itself great. It seems when it comes to after sales advice and back up, that's where it all falls apart.

So sorry to leave a poor review The product is excellent but delivery and customer service not so great ! Order came in a damaged box with a battery missing ! Ordered in time to do garden work over the bank holiday but unfortunately a replacement battery couldn’t be sent until Tuesday ! This didn’t arrive ! After contacting customer services again they informed me dpd had lost the replacement so yet another battery was sent ! Eventually after 7 days I finally got a battery ! I feel let down ! Especially as previous orders have been great ! Powertool world only apologised !

Not completely happy with the makita hoover I brought. I'm using a lxt 18v 5.0ah battery. The suction is incredibly low. It hardly picks up anything. Very disappointed for a £87 hoover. The only good thing I'd say about it is the attachments are of a good range. So if you could use them on a different hoover it might be worth it.

Waited over a week for delivery. I bought the goods with 3-5 day delivery so wanted to know where the goods were. They don’t answer the phone or reply to emails. I will definitely not be buying from powertool world ever again. Pay more for better service is my advice

I have always bought from power tool world and in the past they have been amazing but on my last purchase DPD never delivered my parcel but I have to wait until a claim has gone in before they will reissue the items which I find frustrating as we need the items
