“delivery and product range/price great but the issue came when I it did not work out of the box so contacted customer service and returns. several issues here 1 when you ring and select option 5 for returns it just tells you to go to the website. (that's when the options work) instead had to make several calls. 2 returns process is very slow and non reactive, I first raised the issue the day the product arrived . it took me several calls and days to even get to the point of return. too much talk of a repair (on a brand new product that was delivered not working. 3 have returned the product but RMA still shows pending.. returns process and communications need to improve”

“I looked on various websites for one of these boxes only to find how expensive they were, even second hand. Then I found Power Tool World. I couldn't believe how cheap a brand new one was from them, so I ordered one. Unbelievably to me, it was even delivered to me the very next day in the morning. What more can I ask for.
