“Hi. My only issue was that you were very difficult to contact via telephone. I tried on a Tuesday and took until the following Monday to talk to someone. Your system tells you that it generally takes 5 mins to anwer a call, fair enough, but it cuts you off after 2.40 mins.”

“Appalling customer service! Product arrived damaged. Tried calling to get it sorted straight away but they don't answer their phones. Finally got through the following Monday after no response to emails. Was lied to regarding being eligible for a replacement. Still waiting for one 12 days after reporting the damage.”
