“Usually I’ll only leave a review if I have good feedback, these days everyone wants something to moan about so they only leave a review if they have a problem. This may not be fair on power tool world but I’m giving 3 stars in the hope they’ll look into it so doesn’t happen more often. They’re a good company, I’ve used them on and off for ages! Basically I paid for next day delivery and the driver said there was no one at the house… complete lie, obviously wanted to get home sooner. My dad was home and I checked the cameras and no one tried to deliver. Was annoyed as I needed the item for a job urgently but is what it is, as I said power tool world aren’t really to blame, a refund on p&p would be what most people try for but I don’t have that much time on my hands. Just saying with the attitude of some of my clients it won’t be long before situations like that do damage to reputations, if it was one of my lads telling a customer they’d done something they hadn’t they’d be out the door in seconds”
