“Having received a damaged sds drill i returned it the day after I received it and I am still waiting for a new one to be sent out to me. It has now been 10 days since I returned the item so I don't know when I will receive a new one if at all”

“Hi your company and your service is a joke and absolutely not acceptable. Marketa has arrived to my location with Damaged box and stolen items from From inside the battery has been stolen in the fast charger. I’ve been stolen. The spare bed has been stolen. I’ve reported you several times on the year have ignored me completely. You haven’t responded within 48 hours as you says in your policy. I’m gonna raise this complaint to the Ombdusman as soon as I can. I hope you will be punished severely not because of me because other thousands of Customer being humiliated Orwel worse than me. You create me stress. Humiliation, anger, frustration and problem to sleep.. I hope the Goverment and the High authority will see our complaint and will deal with you at the highest level possible. Is a joke every option you press and either send you online or cut off this is the biggest and unpleasant frustration and probably humiliation because he cannot speak with no one. I wish you all from this LTD to have the same experience to see how you feel”

“My order was lost by DPD courier service. For three weeks now, I haven’t been able to get either a replacement order or my money back. The customer service is truly terrible. I’ve tried calling several times—they claim the average waiting time is 5 minutes, but I’ve been on hold for over half an hour each time, and then the system disconnects me. I’ve never managed to speak to anyone. I’m really frustrated and shocked by such an approach to customers.”
