“The price was good and the ordering quick and efficient and confirmation info good. The goods arrived as one would expect well packaged and in mint condition. This was the second drill I had purchased the first took five days to arrive which did not cause a problem I therefore gave the benefit of the doubt and ordered again on the claim of 'next day delivery' ordered early in the working week and well before the 7pm deadline however again it was a two day delivery. Therefore next time I require goods quickly I shall spend a few more pounds and go to Screwfix.”

“Box battered box was open with just an odd piece of cardboard for packing, no instructions or guarantee details, but decided not to return it. The product seems new and unused, probably been on display, it beggars belief that the person who dispatched it clearly couldn’t be bothered. I find it a little heavy but otherwise ok”

“It was my first time I bought tools from Power Tool World..I was being few things. They were oveal much cheaper then other online retailers. I received a great service most of my things arrived next day. One more package arrived a day later ,but it wasn't a problem. Definitely will use Power Tool World again. Great service, great prices. Highly recommend.”
