“All as you would hope and expect. I can't remember what delivery time was like, pretty sure it was prompt. Reminder to apply for the extended warranty on the DeWalt site etc. All very good.”

“Used Power Tool World after a failed attempt with another supplier. Purchased late in the day and still arrived within 24 hours. Had a warranty reminder which is a nice touch.”

“I was looking for the Dewalt DCL050 Cordless Worklight. My research had found there were two versions but Power Tool World was the only company who described the second, more powerful version, as the one being sold and their price was the best I found too. Once on the site I found there were some other items to be had at the best price I had seen so I bought three items in total. I was pleased to see it was DPD as the delivery partner - I have found DPD 100% dependable in the past and so it was again this time with plenty of notice of the delivery slot which they kept to. Well packaged internally and the outer box which contained my three items was pristine so it had been treated with respect.”
