“This was delayed due to packaging damage, received but missing both inflator & charger, investigation ongoing currently, really not impressed, I shouldn’t be receiving a review request on something Powertool world should know I haven’t received!!”

“I can't fault the tools or the speed of delivery. Excellent. However, if you do happen to have an enquiry of have to send something back, the telephone does not get answered. I only hope they had staff on holiday or off sick at the time I was ringing up, because if its like that all the time... it is very poor service for such a well advertised company.”
