“Great products, quick delivery. Unfortunately, it was difficult to create it to send to another address as a gift, with a card with names of the dogs it was for and who it was from. I gave up in the end and had to notify the recipient separately and the card was blank. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star review.”

“Fabulous gift idea. My GSD Ruby was 2 on the 8th December and her Postman Pooch Birthday box did not disappoint. Great value for money, with toys and treats which kept her entertained throughout the day . She has a Christmas box ready for Santa to deliver on Christmas morning. I would highly recommend.”

Hi Anita, thanks for your feedback. Looking at your order you only placed this on the 9th December, then as you selected a personalised dog picture cake there is a 48 hour turn around preparing and printing the cake. Which we then sent on 12th December on 48hr tracked royal mail and is now out for delivery today. I have emailed you your tracking link and if you need anything else please just let us know. “I have been purchasing various gift boxes for about 5 years for postman pooch. The boxes contents are always really good. I have recently purchased a birthday box and unfortunately one of the toys did not have a working squeak, I emailed the company to let them know on Monday and by Wednesday, the same week, I had received a replacement. Good quality toys and excellent customer support, I would recommend this company.”

“The boxes themselves are great and I've been buying them for nearly a year. But they've recently had a website change of some sort and I've been told that my payment details have been rejected. I also can't now log in to the website (my account just says that there have never been any orders) and the support hasn't been any help at all. Unfortunately they now seem to be ignoring me, so I'm looking elsewhere for treats for my dog. Shame really....”

We’ve been in touch with the company that manages the app for our subscriptions to understand why your subscription wasn’t appearing in your account. It turns out that your subscription on our previous site had a “pending” status due to failed orders. As a result, when we transitioned to the new system, your subscription wasn’t carried over since it wasn’t active at the time. However, your account details were successfully transferred.
