“Unfortunately we have been very disappointed with our purchase as it arrived with the cake broken and the decorations around it falling or fallen off. We ended up not using it as too close to the day we needed to use it to return and it wasn't how we wanted it and so it has not been used. Ended up making a cake ourselves which we should have done in the first place as cheaper and bigger!”

Hi Jane, really sorry about this, unfortunately on occasions this happens in transit but we do try to prevent it by wrapping it well and also adding a fragile sticker to the box. If you had reached out to us and told customer service we could have sent a replacement or you could have returned the cake for a refund.

“The recipient was very pleased with his birthday present. His owners were a little concerned about the flavour of the beer, but once brave enough to open it they were very happy! Excellent service, the parcel was delivered on time. Thank you”

“My boys first birthday so ordered this doggy cup cake. Arrived really quickly and the use by date was next year which I was super impressed with. Pooch absolutely loved it too…. Lasted minutes! Highly recommend.”

“I absolutely loved the dog cake! It was a perfect treat for my furry friend's birthday, and my dog couldn't get enough of it. The ingredients were clearly high-quality and pet-friendly. It was beautifully decorated . The best part was seeing the joy on my dog's face as he devoured it. I highly recommend this dog cake for any special occasion or just to pamper your beloved pet! Woof-tastic! 🐾🎂”

“My dogs and their doggie friends loved the birthday cake. The birthday card to Mimi was also a wonderful touch and the travel bowl was a bonus. When my other dog has his birthday in November, we will order another cake. Thank you for and speedy delivery and all in tack, no squashed cake.”
