Dear Aaron, Thank you for taking the time to supply a review and for bringing this issue to our attention. We are very sorry that your rose was not up to your expectations. We do have stringent quality control procedures in place to ensure that all our flowers arrive and remain in first class condition for as long as possible. But it appears that we have failed on this occasion. We have clearly let you down and would of course like to offer to send a complimentary replacement rose with our apologies. For maximum vase life we always recommend locating flowers in a cool place away from drafts and direct sunlight or other sources of heat. “I thought that ordering a nice red rose as a surprise for my girlfriend would be great. Turns out upon arrival my girlfriends mother signed for the parcel, and opened it to check all was there. She found that the Rose was not in it allocated box, it was in fact in the postage box, with its allocated box and ribbon bouncing around in the aforementioned postage container. The rose was damaged and half of the petals were hanging off of the rose. My girlfriend mother then decided to make my gift look as appealing as possible, even with damaged petals, and placed it in its allocated pink box. She then tied the ribbon around said box to make it look like it had arrived as the website had insinuated. At first, before the parcel had arrived, i was fairly happy with how PostARose handled my order and how they kept me up to date with it. This however was all in vain when the order arrived. I wouldn't recommend this company if you want a nice looking rose in the post. They obviously had way too many orders on the day i placed mine, because they clearly DID NOT take any care and consideration when packaging my rose.”

“I've indicated this as three stars because of the very rapid way in which post-a-rose responded to a complaint. My order of gerberas for my wife arrived in a very poor condition and were a single colour rather than the 'rainbow of colours advertised.' I made a complaint and received a phonecall the same day and the next day the right flowers arrived in perfect condition. So a one star experienced was matched with a five star way of dealing with a complaint - hence the three star review overall. I've used the company before without any difficulty so hopefully this was just a glitch.”

“Pretty bouquet a slight pity although box was marked this way up it was delivered upside down making box wet and soggy....but flowers were okay. Service at Postarose itself is brilliant, second to none!”

“I have used post-a-rose on several occasions delivering to the UK and my order has always been delivered on time. I have never seen the end result living on the Isle of but the recipient has always been pleased with her flowers. My only gripe is I am unable to use the find address option to make my order. I can look up the address but can't copy it across to the order. Thank you”
