“I really wanted to send black roses to my Dad at his recent funeral. The florist local to the crematorium was unable to supply these so I did a quick Gooogle & found Post-a-Rose. The company delivered the roses as described & on time. They also phoned me beforehand to check the message with the bouquet was correct & selected a suitable card for it. I would recommend Post-a-Rose to other customers.”

“Although my Mother in law was in when the delivery driver arrived, due to her disability she was unable to get to the door in time and the flowers were taken to the local post office and she was not able to send someone to pick them up for 2 days. The delivery driver did not phone here to say he was about to arrive or after he had tried to deliver which was dissapointing.”

We offer 7 day guarantee with all our flowers and expect them to last considerably longer, but it appears that we have failed on this occasion. We have clearly let you down and would of course like to offer to send a complimentary replacement bouquet with our apologies.
