“Excellent service as usual, the roses arrived on time and were healthy and well packed. On occasion I have had problems with the online booking but this time all went smoothly. Thank you.”

Dear Naomi, Thank you for taking the time to supply a review and for bringing this issue to our attention. We are very sorry that your rose were not up to your expectations. We do have stringent quality control procedures in place to ensure that all our flowers arrive and remain in first class condition for as long as possible. But it appears that we have failed on this occasion. We have clearly let you down and would of course like to offer to send a complimentary replacement rose with our apologies. “I ordered a bouquet and a bottle of Prosecco for my Manx friend's 50th birthday gift. She was absolutely delighted with the flowers, describing them to me as "absolutely gorgeous". The Prosecco is waiting until I see her next month, when her celebrations will continue! The post-a-rose service was excellent- easy on-line ordering and a delivery on the appointed day before my friend was even out of bed in the morning. I would have no hesitation in ordering from the company again in the future.”

“Very unfortunately, the recipient never, ever received the flowers. They did not arrive on the specified day, and the lady was in hospital the following day when they did try to deliver the flowers. It was a very poor service and one that I wouldn't use again. sorry to say.”

“good value roses,used before. when you've sent flowers anonymous you don't actually know whether the recipient has got them and you don't want to ask the recipient because it would beat the point of giving them anonymously.”

“I was very pleased with my order and the service. Great selection , easy to order online, received regularly updates on the progress of my order. When the bouquet arrived, it exceeded my expectations as the bunch was bigger than I expected and I though it was great value for money. I will definitely be using Post a Rose online again.
