“I ordered the flowers nice and early, then a couple of days before delivery I had to change the address. I did this through the website on a Sunday and received an email confirming the change on Monday morning. The flowers arrived on the right day and were very well received. I would recommend this service.”

“We sent two arrangements to the United Kingdom, and both families said the flowers were beautiful and very special. They were delivered as requested, and the company was very responsive to my email requests for particular flowers and presentation. “The flowers I ordered that not arrive on the day of delivery. They arrived the following day and quite a few of the flowers that were in bud,did not open up properly,according to my daughter. So all in all, I am not very satisfied with thiis order and delivery. Thanks for asking to give a review. Kind regards Gerda Thaw”

I have looking at the tracking on your order and I can see that your bouquet arrived a day late for which I would like to offer our sincere apologies. “It's such a shame that I can't give higher score as the recipient informs me the gerbera she received were beautiful and have lasted almost 2 weeks, which I am thrilled with. The reason for the normal score is that I was so disappointed that the flowers were not delivered on the day specified and arrived a day late. I particularly wanted them there on the 11th July, as it was the lady's late husband's birthday and I wanted them there to cheer her up. They arrived the following day. I had ordered 2 or 3 days in advance so was disappointed delivery was late.”

“I first used Post-A-Rose for my girlfriend's 18th birthday. We were out when the courier arrived however, and missed it. I waited for a while for the delivery to arrive as I didn't want to spoil the surprise, not knowing we'd missed it. I then rang up Post-A-Rose a while later and explained the situation and they told me the delivery man had then gone on holiday and we were his last delivery to do. An hour later, the boss arrived with the goodies - guaranteed courier delivery on a Saturday means just that. Stunning service and I've used them ever since - they still haven't skipped a beat. Even ordering to the UK has been simple and easy. Excellent service & great value for money.”
