“on receipt of bouquet I sent roses to a friend Two of mine were headless. I trimmed and soaked them but unfortunately within two days I had to throw them away. I contacted my friend and hers were the same.I made several attempts to e mail the company using the address on information re delivery etc but no emails could be accepted. I hope that these comments are passed on. I”

Dear Christine, Thank you for taking the time to supply a review and for bringing this issue to our attention. We are very sorry that your flowers did not last as long as expect. We do have stringent quality control procedures in place to ensure that all our flowers arrive and remain in first class condition for as long as possible. We offer a 7 day guarantee with all our flowers, but it appears that we have failed on this occasion. We have clearly let you down and would of course like to offer to send a complimentary replacement bouquet with our apologies. “I use “Post a Rose” every time I get my wife flowers and the quality of the flowers are exceptional. I work away from home and rely on a punctual service. In all the years I have been using Post a Rose, I have only ever once had a problem of late delivery and it was caused by the UK postal service. Post a Rose apologised and I received a full refund on that occasion. I would and have recommended the company to all of my friends and I will continue to use them in the future. “I have used this fantastic service quite a few times. Living overseas I like to send my family flowers and gifts on special days. I have been delighted with my orders not only arriving when requested but also the value for the money.
