“I sent a Summer Gift Bag to a family member to brighten up a difficult anniversary and received the following letter. "The most beautiful flowers arrived yesterday, all ready arranged and in perfect condition. I am most touched that you should send them to me, and your card. “Originally I started using Post-a-Rose when they were based on the Isle of Man and I felt I was supporting the Manx economy nad thus I had lots of good experience, sending almost exclusively to two aged aunts in the North_East of England. I admit thatI did try other firms, too, but I have found post-a-rose very reliable. You can order things in advance for a special date, make use of their special orders or just order on a whim and it is delivered really promptly. As I live 'abroad' - in Berlin, Germany - and need flowers or plants for people in England I am relieved to know that I can always send flowers quickly, easily and safely without involving any business from the Contienent and any unknown factors. Thank you!”

“I'm sure that these roses were lovely when they left you. However some problems with logistics, I asked for roses to left with a neighbour if no one was at home. But because of special delivery the post office refuses to do that and took them back to the depot. My wife and i then returned home to find the card. And rather than cooking my wife's birthday dinner I had to drive 30 minutes each way and argue with the post office man. When we opened them up the water container was dry. The flowers lasted ok but not great for 2 days and were then binned. Shame. I sometimes do business on the Isle of Man and thought that I'd try you out but as you can see not a great experience. Would I try you again? probably if you can guarantee flowers will be left with a neighbour or at my back door. Don't use special delivery though !!!! That post office man was a right jobs worth. best regards nick”

“Living at th bottom end of the world in TASMANIA - does make me feel cut off my friends and Relatives on England, but POST-A ROSE has become such a good and reliable friend to me. I can say we have always received the service most people would die for, and we are exceptionally pleased about the way our orders are always handled. “I ordered the gerberas for my sister-in-law on Friday afternoon. I picked this bunch as they looked so funky and bright, and I wanted to cheer her up. I wanted them delivered quickly, and they arrived the next morning, which was brilliant service. A tracking number was sent to me so that I could check where they were 'en route'. My sister-in-law texted me to advise they had arrived and she was thrilled with them! Prompt service, good quality flowers. I'm hard to please, as I expect high quality at a good price, so if post-a-rose.com keep me happy, they must be good!!! Have used them before and will again.”
