“Orchid ordered was very nice. Delivery was prompt. The plant was for my sister for her Birthday . When it was delivered she couldn't see who it was from and after making a few calls decided to ring the company. Only to be told the message was underneath the label. How ridiculous. Who would think of peeling back the label. What would have it taken to put a note inside with the plant ? Telephone calls are not cheap and you shouldn't have to play detective !!!!”

“I'm using your service now for a long time. I live in Dublin but when I need flowers for the UK your my choice. The flowers are always beautiful and it's only the odd time I get one that does not last long. The delivery is always spot on time. I sent flowers lately and they were beautiful and My Sue loves to get them. I have no complaints at all. Thank you for your service. Noel. Byrne.”

“What a shame! A beautiful black rose was bought as a gift and I was eagerly awaiting my partner to receive this and the reaction it would bring. It was received on time and presented in a lovely satin lined gift box. The joy on my partner's face was to behold but within a day, despite feeding and watering the rose, it hung it's head down in defeat and died! Not just the rose itself but the leaves shrivelled up to add insult to injury. For £15, I was more than disappointed with the outcome of a special gift for a special someone....... a total anticlimax moment. Naomi from Surrey”

“used post a rose a good few times the last twice have been poor i complained the second to last time and got some new roses.Thought it couldn't happen again but it has roses were poor and lasted two days. presentation was poor as well. So the only thing I can do is not to use again.”

“I have used Post A Rose consistently over the last 5 years or so and they have been consistently good. The quality of the flowers received and the reliability and prices, I haven't found to be any better anywhere else. I use them on average once a quarter, placing orders online from the US for delivery within UK. Every recipient has been delighted and all have mentioned how long they last. In the one time I called customer service they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Highly recommended!”
