“You have never let me down. The professional service you provide is excellent. One small comment - If the recipient is not at home, perhaps the collection card should mention that the package contains flowers. A small matter but could be important. Thank you.”

“Since I live in Australia this service is excellent for me to keep in touch with my family and let them know we are thinking of them. However, I don't always receive notification that my orders have been despatched which can be frustrating when I have to call you from Australia. Other than that, I am very happy with the service.”

“I have been very impressed with this company - they have always delivered on time and fantastic flowers. I like the fact they drop you an email to let you know the order has shipped. Our most recent order was a huge arrangement of fragrant and fresh flowers that filled two large vases for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday. She was absolutely thrilled.”

We guarantee all our flowers for at least 7 days, however other factors such as temperature can have an impact on the lifespan of a bouquet.
