Flowers were great but I wish that I had been aware that the recipient had to sign for them on delivery at the point of order.Most flowers are left in an acceptable place when recipient is not there with a note through the door advising of same.My daughter's flowers had to spend a night in the post office before she could collect.This did not improve their freshness.
Because of this I will not use your service again
