“Ordering and booking straight forward and installation Engineer rang the day before to confirm arrival time. Arrived as planned and installation went well with no issues, even with the cable route needing to be under floorboards ( I did have to lift floor boards ahead of installation). Good explanation of the system provided on completion and work area left tidy.”

“The engineer was great - my installation wasn't the easiest but he looked for solutions to the challenges and did a very neat and tidy job. Process of booking the appointment was also good - surprisingly quick lead time, and quick responses to any questions.”

“In essence a very satisfactory experience. The engineer arrived on time, communicated the tasks he would undertake, got on with them, and delivered a viable solution. He was tidy, approachable, and attentive. The offered service is, however, not bespoke - if you want the installation executed in a slightly different way (but still according to the regulations) you may be disappointed.”

“Installation was good but yet to test. Process with forms was labour intensive. Disappointed that there is a disparity between other colleagues pods than mine they received locks I did not. Have emailed but no response.”

“The whole experience from start to finish was amazing the whole team from the phone staff to the engineer Chris who was fantastic by the way. So I would highly recommend using pod point. Chris was a pleasure to have in the home and explained the whole process as he went along definitely an employee that is worth his weight in gold.”

“The installation was very good, but getting anything from the office like a receipt still has not been received after three weeks. Pod point are also not very quick at answering emails when they have no number to call.”
