Very happy with our new charger. The guys were knowledgable and friendly. Only thing we didn’t realise was the electricity to our house has to be turned off for an hour so something to bear in mind if you’re working from home.

I’ve scored it 4. The installer on both occasions was a 5, he was brilliant . The reason I down marked it was because of the delay in arranging the second installation date and more so how difficult it is to speak to the right person. Danielle McHale who arranged the final installation was also brilliant though, thanks.

The PodPoint 3 installation was carried out on time and we are very happy with the installer's work and manner. However, contact with your head office is less good and I felt there was a lack of information following putting our order in, and paying £999 (for which I don't seem to have received a receipt). Everything has, in fact, gone ahead well, but it would have saved your staff some time, and me some time hanging on to get through if more information had been provided when i ordered.

Our experience with the first installer that turned up was not good at all and would be a 1 star review. However the second team were absolutely excellent and deserve a 5 star review - Gareth and Anthony. They were very easy to deal with and came up with great solutions to a tricky installation.

Overall experience with Pod Point was good. We did have to have other electrical work done to allow installation. This however wasn't picked up on the survey so two separate visits were required. Have to say on the day we did get the installation completed the engineer who carried out the work was fantastic. Great install and left the house as he found it.

Installer was great and was very tidy. Pod point working well. Only criticism was waiting in from 11-4pm for the installer to arrive at 3.45pm! Could have lived with it but the installer came from Edinburgh which is 3.5 hours away from me and this was their first job of the day. Had someone called me to tell me I would have been able to go about my day. It wouldn’t have been difficult to let me know.

Communication is sketchy & not as responsive as it should be. Perhaps some communication could be better in a phone call rather than emails? On the day of installation, I was advised that the installer would call to confirm a more accurate time slot, which never happened & the tracking app simply did not work!

The website: good. The initial installation date was canceled 30 minutes AFTER the end of the installation window! - very, very annoying! The product: appears to be good - not used yet The installer: very professional.

Did what they needed to do to get my home charger installed. This included an on-site survey, installation and demonstration of the charger working and being disconnected. We got off to a bumpy start where I was waiting for the site survey to confirm if it was possible to put the charger in the location we wanted. After two weeks of waiting, I was told that if I paid for the installation the survey would be prioritised. So I did. And it was. Unfortunately the installation process had to be done in two separate visits, one week apart. However I am very pleased with the end result: They have put the charger in the location we wanted and it charges the vehicle. Some of the communication from PodPoint was acronym-heavy and I had to call to ask for their questions to be translated into plain English, but their phone system is amongst the best I have ever experienced. They answered quickly, knew who I was and could answer the questions there and then. Very impressed with this aspect of their customer relations.

Impressed by speed of response to original enquiry and timetable for getting a charging point installed. Installer (Jacob) was very helpful and went to some trouble to put the charger exactly where I wanted it.

Installation was excellent. The only issue was the fact I cannot paid the charger to my Mobile phone as there is no barcode on the charger
