Not sure Pod Point Ltd has had me happy, installation takes quite a while to happen I still have not received my Email to register the charger....... also the connection cable quite short and literally only just reaches the car if we position it correctly and is a hazard as off the ground and we have to step over

Website needs to improved. It showed me £300 amd charged £800. After paying money the process was not clear. While purchasing features of app are not mentioned. Especially its dumb and can not be remotely turned off eas not mentioned.

The charging unit appears to be a good quality product and the ordering process was straightforward. I was not happy, however, when the surveyor was over three hours late for the pre-inspection and the electricians were an hour late on the day of the installation. On both occasions my wife and I were inconvenienced. I was also not particularly impressed with the quality of the internal installation. Additional unnecessary holes will drilled in my house wall, the cable was not fixed in a straight line and the holes through the wall were not sealed. I am probably being pedantic, but I chose you in part due to the pictures of tidy installations you provided with the quote. This is not the case in my experience.

After a delay due to pod point not realising I had a split supply with my neighbour and needing a fuse upgrade the install went smoothly and is very near and tidy. The engineer was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Your operative on the day + customer service team were great. However I felt bounced into spending more money on the day as the operative wasn't prepared to drill through the wall at the consumer unit which meant running a cable from the meter (> 15 metres) which meant additional cost. Had we known this in advance (maybe a quick onsite visit in advance) we may have been able to do something about it,

This is a curate's egg. The admin and booking (eg they lost my survey pictures several times and booked multiple visits) was poor. But the on the day installation went really well, lovely installer who was very skilled and worked diligently. The end product not just work well but looks good.

Communication and updates before installation ensured that documentation was correct to enable progress. Installation appointment was on the set day and time as planned.

Quick but I have been unable to add my home charge point to the app. I did email you but no response so not very pleased about that, hence the low score.

You haven’t made me happy. The installer did a great job, but YOU made me wait over a month when he has been on half days because you apparently have no jobs to give him. Clearly PodPoint is managed by amateurs!

General the whole process was good but I have one big concern. The main fuse seals have been cut to enable connection of the POD Point in a safe way. These seals haven't been replaced. I am now at risk of being accused of fiddling my electricity. These seals should be replaced by your technician when the installation is complete.
