“Quick service, internal trunking a little messy and the charger has been seated too hogh in the external wall meaning we cant fully wrap up the cord as it catches on the window sill”

“Only issue was that I dad to chace serveral times for an installation date, otherwise everything eslse was spot on, engineer was very professional and carried out his work in a high quality manner. Information available provided was good also.”

“Installed a podpoint However, initially brought wrong charger and then blew a fuse when wiring which would potentially have left us without hot water and heating. Sorted by me after advice from the installer and my own electrician”

“Communication from the installation engineer was good, they arrived when they said they would and the installation was performed quickly and neatly. However, the keylock which I ordered was not fitted as it was not on the engineers job sheet. After he had left I also discovered that I could not connect the point to the app. This meant I had to contact support twice. The issue with the app was quickly fixed and I am waiting for a date for someone to come back to install the keylock.”

“Easy steps but difficult to discuss options - nobody picked up phone line and email replies didn’t address my concerns I’ve also purchased a basic model but paid for a more expensive one - do I get a refund?”

“Could have been tidied up better at the end of installation. Seems to be the accepted thing from an electrician. Bits of wire lying around. PUNCTURES.”

“The technician arrived when I was told he would. He did a good job, however drilled into the incorrect section of the wall, left a nail and pieces of cable lying on the driveway.”

“Arriving at the installation was great thereafter not so good. The installers appeared hungover and disinterested. It was also fitted poorly with no thought to the amount of cable and where the holster was fitted which leaves the cable flapping unnecessarily.”

“As I pointed out to the installer, he had wired it into the night heat circuit which is wrong and not what I wanted. It would take a simple rewriting of the tails to correct but disappointingly he didn’t have time to do it on the day so I’m awaiting details of a return visit”
