The installer arrived on time and openly explained the various possible options with my non-standard installation, and was able to give me an approximation of costs before he left. The job when completed is very tidy and professional.

It took several calls to make sure that you had the e mail address correct ! Also despite me telling you many times that I have no mobile reception at home and to call my landline you didn't , and didn't give my landline number to the installer today . However once we'd got the e mail business sorted all went very smoothly . Connor my installer today was brilliant , on time , clean and tidy and quick .

My only complaint is the internal finish where the two cables exit the meter cupboard and enter the internal wall. Please see attached photo.

The finished product looks good and operates well. This is, in part, due to me having the correct cabling installed in my house more than 6 months ago during an extension build.

I was extremely pleased with the installation. Collin, the election was very polite, obliging, worked tidily and efficiently. He paid attention to my wishes and gave sound advice regarding the operation of the equipment. Unfortunately the same cannot be said of the efficiency, cooperation, organisation and coordination at the control centre . When the wife of the electrician due to undertake my installation went into labour, there where no contingency plans. The attitude of your staff left much to be desired.

We got there in the end! On the 3rd planned visit we now have a PodPoint at home :)

A neat installation considering the distance and route the cable had to go. Installation requirements could be made clearer and checked before arranging installation. First installation date failed due to fuse being too small. Then advice between electrician and pod point staff seemed to differ so was somewhat confusing and lead to delayed installation. While area around consumer unit was left neat and tidy it would have been nice if the brick dust was swept up outside the house.

The Engineer arrived within the Planned time of arrival. He was wet from a Previous Job. After a consultation on site to agree the location of the Install, the engineer set about his work well. He was issued with in accurate information, believing on arrival that he was to deal with digging the cable in from one location to another. This work had been done by the client. After clearing up this misunderstanding the Pod was installed without incident. Bad weather made the engineers life uncomfortable. He was not equipped with wet weather equipment & as such the H&S of the employee while on site seem to be of low Concern to Pod Point, if care was given the engineers would be equipped with bad weather PPE. The engineer requested to go home at around 3pm & return the following day Dry, to continue the Connection in the house. The home owner requested that the work be completed because there was not someone available to let the engineer in. The engineer did not confirm with me as the job sponsor that the work is complete & as such at the time of writing I do not know the condition of the work. I think the unit is very neat and tidy, but the ordering and installation process was hard work - you need to find a better way of servicing NI

POD Point fixed exactly when and where required, but the solar panel output was disconnected by the electrician and not reconnected on completion which left me without solar power for 2 days before I discovered this over-sight

The fitter was excellent. Unfortunately the booking department were not so good as told one time by email but on day it was another and they never contacted me to let me know. Waste of time and day

Leighton and Simon did a great job installing our new "lollipop". They were punctual polite, efficient and tidied up well when they finished the work.

Efficient service, rapid installation, friendly and experienced engineer. Experience would have been significantly improved if engineer had contacted me earlier to inform me of expected arrival. THis was outwith the scheduled time and meant that was left waiting in house when could have made other arrangements.
