Oleg details are a bit muddy. I am sure this will be clearer if the company wasn’t operating in a pandemic. Install was very good.

Difficult communion period to begin with. Had to complete form 3 times. Had to ring pod point many times and e mail for a date for installation. It needed to be fitted before car delivered, very stressful without it due to lack of communal pods in the area. Even though I took photos of house/ driveway/ garage position on day of installation I was informed I needed to prepare ground work which I was unaware of. This caused further delay and stress.

The Engineer arrived and completed the job to an acceptable time He spent most of his time on his mobile / which I was not impressed with - I give my customers 100% of my time when carrying out on site work He seem in a rush - maybe due to his mobile calls - so I had to link the unit to WiFi myself I felt uncomfortable to ask further questions about App and how to get info from it

Very helpful chap who came to install he was great, however the ordering process was quite lengthy and a bit confusing with all of the forms it would have been good to have had a conversation with someone rather than lots of emails

I was told that your installer was not allowed into attics and crawl ways,so I had to pay extra money to my own electrician to install cables in attic. The smaller cable was supplied shorter than the main cable and when your installer arrived (at the very end of his allotted time slot),he had to re install the thinner cable in the attic as the original was too short. What will you do about recompensing me for my additional electrician,since your man did have to enter the attic in any case. I applaud the character and work ethic of Kevin who did the installation,and he worked hard to complete the job last night. Again,I repeat that hiring my own electrician was unneccessary,and kevin had to enter the attic to replace the wire which you supplied because it was shorter than the armoured cable,therefore I will be sending you my electrician's bill for his unneccessary involvement.

Hi, the pod point didn't work the first couple of times I used it. So after I ran the helpline I discovered that a safety clip hadn't been fitted properly and it was causing the pod to cut out after lugging the car in. Really wish the installer had tested the pod point properly before leaving after he fitted it. It would have saved me a lot of hassel and stress, with both a new car and a new charger trying to work out what was causing the problem took a while. On the plus side the lady on your helpline seems to have been able to do some sort of temporary fix until I can get an installer back again to set up the pod point properly.

The charger itself is a huge ugly round box that covers a much smaller circuit board. If podpoint ever changes the design of this charger casing please mine too.

Cabling and pod installation was very good, electrician accommodated my requests for positioning etc. The problem came afterwards, trying to link the podpoint to my network. If I hadn't been able to speak with my son, I'm not sure how I would have managed. The engineer said that this was a problem he was always having!! My subsequent experience of trying to speak with someone to address the matter of a Part P building regulations certificate is tortuous. I know that times are difficult with the virus but trying to speak with your 'option 1' team, re an issue with installed podpoint is a waste of time. I have tried on numerous occasions the last time I rang, earlier today Tue 8 Dec , a recorded message advised that I was 13th in the queue after waiting for 20 mins plus previously.

The process went well up to the point where the podpoint was installed. It turns out that most of the information we had been given was incorrect and the installers had to undo some of the cabling work our electrician had done. Podpoint had insisted we get this set up before installation only to be told by the installers this was not necessary and it had not been done in the way they wanted it. Failure of communication here but it ended up costing us the best part of £500 in unneeded electricians bills.

Surprised that black cable not within some sort of white plastic ducting as expected on first visit. No attempt made to sweep or clear large amount of brick dust (in home of couple in late 70s). Have never experienced this before Dirty finger prints on white panelling at high level. Very pleasant operative.

Very happy with the podpoint. Installation was great. Booking was a struggle. Payment was taken immediately! But application for grant was confusing. The system used to book was not was not user friendly and i never knew what was happening as there were no regular updates. I struggled also with Docusign.
