"Very helpful with guidance when I got stuck filling in the form. Kept me informed of progress until installation. Eddy (our installer) contacted us on the day to let us know when he would be coming. He fitted it beautifully with no cables showing and was very polite and informative."

"Always kept informed despite non standard installation. Good coordination with other contractors. Chris was incredible- the man doesn’t give up! - he went to great lengths to make sure he could get the cable under the floorboards and had to drill through bricks under the house. And he kept smiling! Thank you so much!"

"David has just finishing installing our new charging point and it couldn't have been smoother. He's done a great job fitting all the cables invisibly at the front of our home, and we now look forward to using the new charger. Thanks Pod Point!"

"Fast and efficient. Was explained what was going to happen at the start and talked through the process as it happened. At the end was demonstrated how the charge point works. All went very smoothly."

"I'm very happy with the service provided. Initial contact, advice and help to complete the OLEV documents was good. Quick email response time and booking the installation was done and work completed in a satisfactory timeframe in line with what I was initially told to expect. The installation completed by Keith was excellent and he managed to run the cables in an ideal route to remain as hidden and neat as possible which was much better than I thought it would have to be."
