“Sent some incorrect parts. Despite emailing 3 times the company failed to respond, which meant I had to buy from another company so I could get the job done and pay twice. I’ll be speaking to credit card company to get a refund. Shocking customer service”

“Worst online company I have ever dealt with. Placed order then had to chase up as not delivered in expected timescale, wrong and missing item. I have been trying to arrange collection of wrong item since 27th March, I have sent three emails and one online chat.”

“Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Misleading Product Info I ordered 3 laminated window boards, each 5.1m in length, for £236. After waiting 12 days, I was finally informed that they no longer supply 5m lengths – and instead offered 4.1m lengths at the same price, which is completely unreasonable. There was no contact number available to speak with someone directly, and their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful throughout. This delay not only wasted my time, but also disrupted my schedule and cost me valuable time with my builders. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional experience. Avoid this company if you value your time and money. You've been warned.”

“Good website and very easy to navigate and find the materials that were needed, the prices are competitive. It was simple to order and a confirmation quickly followed. Delivery time scale was acceptable and the estimated delivery date was in fact the day the material arrived. The delivery driver contacted me to confirm the address and give an ETA of 5 minutes. Delivery guy was very polite and helpful and placed the material exactly where I requested. Very pleased and would highly recommend.”

“Delivery was meant to be delivered yesterday, never came asked to leave a review a little difficult and disappointing to do so on a no delivery especially when i took a day off work to be available for the items. Now on what looks like a 4-6 week delivery not brilliant customer service.”

“The eco fence panels are amazing quality, good price , and the delivery driver went over and above . My husband was working from home and was on a call so the driver unloaded into our garage . The economy fence is easy to cut and the job was done in no time by us amateur DIY . Even the neighbours commented how amazing the fence looks . So pleased thank you . Sorry it wouldn’t let me upload photos”
